PokeNest TCG Return Policy

We take pride in offering quality cards and sealed products. To ensure fairness and product integrity, please review our return policy below:

No Returns or Exchanges for:
  • Opened goods: Once a product’s packaging is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Single cards: All sales of single cards are final—no returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Email us at josh@pokenesttcg.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
  • Once we approve your claim, we will provide a prepaid shipping label so you can return the item at no cost to you.
  • We’ll offer a replacement if the product is available, or a full refund if not.
  • Claims made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Important Notes:
  • Please do not discard any items or packaging until your claim is fully processed.
  • All returns or replacements for damaged goods must be approved by our customer service team.
