When do my points start?
Your 100 welcome points arrive as soon as you create your account and open My Rewards. Everything else, follows, your birthday, reviews and referrals, opens with your first purchase, and that first order earns double.
Do my points expire?
No. Points stay on your account until you spend them.
How do I redeem points?
Log in, open My Rewards in your account, and pick a reward. You get a one-time code to type in at checkout, or to read out at the register.
Where can I see my balance?
Sign in and open My Rewards in your account. Your balance, your codes and everything you've earned are there.
How does the referral work?
Open My Rewards in your account after your first order and copy your friend code. Your friend types it at checkout or reads it out at the register; it takes 10% off their first order with us. Once that order is paid, a one-time 10% code appears under Your codes for you. Up to five friends per account, and a person can use a friend code only once.
