Gem Pack Vol. 1 is a 115-card Chinese-exclusive Pokémon TCG set released January 17, 2025 — the set that started the whole Gem Pack series — built around Pokémon Horizons: The Series. It features 16 Pokémon in total: the three starter lines (Sprigatito/Floragato, Fuecoco/Crocalor, Quaxly/Quaxwell) and Captain Pikachu with full 8–9 card runs, plus 9 supporting Pokémon with shorter 5-card runs, a Trainer section and an Energy section. The set's chase card: Captain Pikachu
Gem Pack Vol. 1 was the first Gem Pack ever released, and its headline chase is Captain Pikachu, card 0709/09 — a Horizons Full Art built around Friede's partner Pokémon from Pokémon Horizons: The Series. It's the single most expensive card in the set.
Three more Horizons Full Arts complete the set: Sprigatito (Liko's partner, 0109/09), Fuecoco (Roy's partner, 0309/09) and Quaxly (Dot's partner, 0509/09) — jump to any of them below. Only these four Pokémon get the Horizons treatment; their first evolutions (Floragato, Crocalor, Quaxwell) top out at a regular Full Art instead.

The 4 starter-tier Pokémon (Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly, Captain Pikachu) get 9 cards each, their first evolutions get 8, and the 9 supporting Pokémon get a shorter 5-card run with no Shiny or Full Art tier.
